Classes run Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, providing a blend of traditional and modern yoga practices suitable for all levels. Our yoga retreats take place in two beautiful locations, offering unique experiences throughout the year. From November to May, we gather in the tranquil coastal village of Mazunte, where traditional and modern yoga practices are blended in a serene natural setting. From June to September, we move to the peaceful landscapes of Austria, providing a calm environment for relaxation and rejuvenation.
